Delivery
- Every person who chooses a product from the STORE, fills in their data and starts an order, as a natural or legal person, is called a USER.
- A natural or legal person who receives the ordered products at the address specified in the order and may be different from the USER is called the RECIPIENT.
When ordering, the USER fills in all the necessary data displayed for filling in the STORE.
Free delivery – with a total value of the order over BGN 52 with VAT.
Paid delivery by the USER – for orders with a total value of less than BGN 52 with VAT. In this case the value of the preparation / preparations is paid and an additional BGN 10 is charged – the price of the courier service to the specified address.
Delivery time:
- For orders from Monday to Friday and until 13.00 – deliveries to a settlement with an office of the courier company are made within the next day.
- For orders from Monday to Friday and after 13.00 – deliveries to the settlements with an office of the courier company are made within 2 working days.
- For orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, deliveries to settlements with an office of the courier company are made on Tuesday.
- For all settlements without an office of the courier company – according to the service schedule of the respective couriers.
- In case the recipient is absent from the specified delivery address, does not answer the specified contact phone when placing the order, or this phone is wrong and incomplete, the order is deposited in the office of the courier company for a period of 5 days. If during this period the order is not sought and taken, it is canceled and the STORE is released from its obligation to make the delivery.
- A USER who has indicated a delivery address outside the Republic of Bulgaria shall pay additionally all duties, taxes, fees due for the respective countries. These amounts are not included in the delivery prices listed here and vary.
- In case of extraordinary circumstances, the STORE has the right to change the terms of delivery and service.
In case of extraordinary circumstances, the STORE has the right to extend the delivery time.
In case there is no delivery due to wrong address, unintentional address or absence of the customer, and the payment is made, in what term the funds are refunded to the customer? Within 14 days.
Is a deduction made from the amount paid in connection with the costs incurred for the delivery? No.
What actions are taken by you in case of a complaint by the customer for a defective or wrong product / service? The goods are accepted back.
How will the customer claim the product / service – phone, e-mail, mail? By phone and e-mail.
How long will the complaints be serviced? Up to 7 working days.
If it is necessary to refund the funds or part of the funds paid for the purchase of items from the site, the company NoBack refunds them after an agreement with the USER, in a manner agreed by both parties. If the USER has paid with a card, the refund is made on the same card / account from which the payment was made.
